Venue

  • For your convenience, the rental period runs from Friday 5pm to 9pm and Saturday 8am to 11pm.

  • The facilities are designed to handle every part of your day—from getting ready to the final dance—without the need for guests to transition between locations.

    The main barn venue features a wood dance floor, modern bathroom facilities, 2 open lofts, and a covered outdoor veranda. The lower level houses the groom’s quarters as well as the caterer’s prep kitchen.

    The bridal suite is located just steps from the main barn with its own kitchenette, bathroom, and large open pampering space.

  • Yes! Our temperature-controlled barn provides a warm environment in the winter and a cool one in the summer. The modern bathrooms are also located within the barn.

  • Ken Dale Farms is the perfect Midwest meeting spot, centrally located with easy access from Indianapolis, Chicago, Detroit, and Columbus. You’ll find us nestled in the beautiful countryside of Northwest Ohio halfway between Toledo, OH and Fort Wayne, IN.

  • Convenient parking for up to 100 vehicles is located on the north side of the property, with an additional 20 handicap-accessible/limited-mobility spaces situated right near the barn for easy entry.

  • While some limited-mobility parking spaces are available by the barn, we know that wedding shoes aren't always made for walking! That’s why we provide a complimentary shuttle service. Our team will be ready to assist your guests 30 minutes before your celebration begins and will be back on hand 30 minutes before your event ends.

Features

  • You can seat 275 guests inside the barn plus an additional 125 in the outdoor spaces (total of 400!). In our ceremony spaces, you can seat 400 guests in the meadow, 100 on the cement patio, or 75 on the covered veranda.

  • Enjoy the use of 25 tables and 200 chairs, included with every booking. Our team provides a one-time setup of your custom layout, so your celebration is 'ready-to-go' the moment you arrive. For celebrations requiring more than our included seating, we will coordinate the additional table and chair rentals on your behalf.

  • With your rental, linens for 25 tables are provided in your choice of 3 colors (white, ivory, & black). Your table linens will be steamed and set ahead of your event start time. This gives you a perfectly prepared canvas to add your own personal touches, like centerpieces or favors, the moment you walk in.

  • You can rest easy with the wide range of amenities we offer. Climate-controlled barn, modern bathrooms, ample parking with shuttle services, and caterer prep space are just a few. (View full list here)

  • Your safety and comfort are our top priorities. Ken Dale Farms coordinates and schedules the required security for your event. This dedicated security presence keeps the environment safe and seamless for you and your guests. A supplemental security fee will be included in your final quote to cover the cost of this service.

  • You’ll have a dedicated venue coordinator on site for the day of your event to guide you every step of the way.

Planning

  • As part of your initial walkthrough, you will receive a couple of suggested floorplans. These flexible layouts give you the freedom to design your event to fit your needs and style.

  • We’ve curated every inch of the farm to be your perfect backdrop. Whether you’re dreaming of a magical celebration in the meadow or a candlelit moment in the barn or a sunset ceremony on the patio, our spaces are designed to flow seamlessly with your vision.

  • While we always hope for sunshine, we have you covered—literally! In the event of rain, your ceremony can move seamlessly into our charming rustic barn or under the shelter of the covered veranda depending on your preference and guest count.

  • As a client, you are provided with a list of our preferred vendors to help you create your event. With the exception of bartender, you also have the flexibility to choose your own outside vendors.

  • At Ken Dale Farms, you have access to our collection of decorative elements at no extra charge.

  • That’s wonderful news! We are so honored that you’ve chosen to host your celebration here at the farm. To make it official, here are the three simple steps to secure your date:

    1. Reach Out: If you haven't already, send us a quick message through our contact form or reply to our last email with your chosen date. We’ll double-check the calendar one last time to ensure that "forever" date is still waiting for you.

    2. Review Contract: ????Once your date is confirmed, we will email you a digital contract. You can review it from the comfort of your couch and sign it electronically. This document outlines all the "peace of mind" details we’ve discussed—?????

    3. Secure Spot: To officially lock in your date, we require an initial deposit. For your convenience, we handle all payments through our secure online portal. Once the signed agreement and deposit are received, the farm is officially yours!
