The inside venue capacity is 224 people (with keeping a 400 square foot dance floor) allowing designated space for cake table, gift table, buffet line, 400 square foot dance floor, wedding party tables, DJ and bar service area. The wide variety of floor plans allows for variances of table placement, buffet line tables and ceremony location. Both east and west entrances offer a spectacular view of the wooded farm with options of open or closed door ceremonies that allow both natural light and ambiance. The 1400 square foot wrap around veranda offers additional space for cocktail tables and hors d’oeuvres under a roofed canopy that overlooks the wooded farm while enjoying the warmth of gas-lit firepits in the spring and fall seasons. All of our floor plans offer both ceremony and reception space without the need to transition the space during the event!
Caterers and Vendors
Our venue is a breeze for caterers and vendors to work with because of our on-site kitchen convenience including ice machine, sinks, prep and clean-up counters, refrigerator, freezer, warming oven, and more! This area also offers an off-loading overhead basement door for catering trucks to back in our facility and avoid being in the elements during cold or rainy weather.
Atmosphere
The Barn at Ken Dale Farms presents guest seating that allows view of the ceremony, wedding party tables and dance floor from every angle of the venue. Mix this with dimmable chandeliers and string lighting and your event will be beyond memorable! The venue is climate-controlled, has numerous windows on every side, and offers sliding doors on the east and west sides of the venue offering comfort for every guest in every season and weather pattern.
Parking
Close parking is available at the north side of the venue with a running shuttle bus starting an hour and a half before your event up through 30 minutes afterward. Handicap parking spaces are nestled close to the front door of the barn.

Bridal Suite
The bridal suite is nestled just to the south of the barn venue only steps away from the front entrance of the barn! This beautiful suite provides the bride and her bridesmaids a place to be together in a modern, well-lit, cozy atmosphere with plenty of seats, mirrors, hooks and space to get ready for the event! A bathroom is inside this suite for convenience throughout the day!
Groom’s Quarters
The groom’s quarters offers a spacious area on the basement level of the venue with modern lighting, décor, furniture, and seating areas plus a full bathroom for the groom and groomsmen. Access to the main level of the venue is available from the groom quarters without going outside.
Covered Veranda
Covered Bridge
Our covered bridge is a perfect rustic backdrop for photos, and serves as a grand entrance to the outdoor ceremony area and main barn.
Luxury Bathrooms
Beautiful modern restroom facilities are located inside our climate-controlled atmosphere.
Loft Seating
Our loft spaces have chandeliers, string lighting, hickory floors, and extra seating capacity of 40 on each side.
